Thank you for purchasing Waterdrop products through Think Water Store. Below is our policy regarding returns, exchanges, and warranty coverage for Waterdrop products.


30-Day Risk-Free Return Policy

We offer a 30-day, risk-free return period for Waterdrop products purchased within the continental United States.

  • Eligibility: Any item can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Condition: All items must be disassembled and repackaged as they were originally received.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of quality issues. If a quality issue is identified, we will cover the return postage.
  • No Restocking Fee: No restocking fees are applied for returns within the 30-day window.

Return After 30 Days of Receipt

If you wish to return an item after the initial 30-day period:

  • Condition: Items must be returned in original condition, disassembled, and properly repackaged.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping, and the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns made after 30 days, except in cases of quality-related issues. For quality-related returns, shipping costs will be covered by Waterdrop, and no restocking fee applies.

1-Year Warranty

Waterdrop products are backed by a 1-year warranty with lifetime technical support.

  • Warranty Coverage: Defects caused by quality issues, not due to customer misuse or damage, are covered. Waterdrop will arrange a free return, repair, or replacement.
  • Damage Claims: To file a claim for a damaged or incorrect item, email service@waterdropfilter.com with your order information and a photo of the issue.

Exchange Policy

  1. Defective Products:

    • Contact our customer service team within 30 days if you receive a defective product. Include order information and photos of the damage.
    • Waterdrop will arrange a free exchange for eligible claims.
  2. Non-Quality-Related Exchanges:

    • You may request an exchange within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused and in its original packaging.
    • Original receipt must accompany the return.
    • Re-shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to non-quality exchanges.
